Whips in six crosses
Porro recorded three chances created, three tackles won and six crosses in Sunday's 4-0 win over Saudi Arabia.
Analysis: Porro played the full 90 at right-back for Spain on Sunday after a bench role in their opener, seeing a solid match on both sides of the ball in the win. He would highlight the win with a clean sheet and the second most crosses on the team, completing 61 passes in the process. He will hope to maintain this role, although the versatile Marcos Llorente did start the opener.
Signs new Spurs deal
Porro has signed a new long-term contract with Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
Analysis: Porro was one of the few standout performers for the Spurs in the 2025/26 season, tallying one goal, two assists, 53 chances created, 237 crosses and 102 clearances while appearing in 34 of the team's 38 Premier League matches.
