Analysis: Estupinan was quiet as Ecuador drew 0-0 with Curacao. The former Brighton wing-back didn't start in the first match but came into this game after a change in formation. Analysis: Estupinan will be eligible to play against Cagliari next Sunday and likely deputize Davide Bartesaghi.
